Financial and Charitable Giving

Edgar J. Helms
Founder of Goodwill Industries

Leadership Society

The Leadership Society was developed to honor and recognize all the generous supporters who share the vision of Goodwill of North Florida.  By investing in Goodwill of North Florida through membership in the Leadership Society, you can help Goodwill achieve its mission and ensure the perpetuity of the organization.

When giving a gift of cash it is the simplest and most direct way to contribute.  The out-of-pocket cost of a cash gift is less than the dollar amount of the gift because of the charitable income-tax deduction.

Example:  A person in the 28% tax bracket can make a contribution of $1,000 at an actual cost of only $720.00

Your outright financial contribution will be invested in the Goodwill of North Florida Endowment Fund, ensuring the fact that you will be changing and enriching lives forever!

Membership Privileges:

  • Recognition on the Goodwill of North Florida Wall of Honor.

  • Recognition at annual award events.

  • Invitations to Goodwill of North Florida special events and activities in the community.

  • The satisfaction of knowing that you are helping men and women who are disabled or disadvantaged lead productive lives as valuable members of society.
