YOUR DONATIONS - THE POWER OF GOODWILL

Donations from people like you are the fuel that powers Goodwill’s ability to create jobs and connect job seekers with employers. We turn your gently used clothing, household items and even cars and computers into revenue that funds our activities and results in thousands of job placements every year! We gladly accept donations at our donation centers and all of our stores.

KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU GIVE

Your donations can be tracked online through our Donation Tracker site. If you have recently donated items to Goodwill, please follow the link to input your Receipt ID and create an account. Every time you donate you can input your items and print a summary at tax time.

Paper donation receipts can also be used for your records. If using a paper receipt, simply attach the slip provided by our donation attendant at the time of your donation.

GET THERE FASTER

Goodwill Industries of North Florida is partnering with St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce First Coast Technical College, and the Florida Prepaid College Foundation to provide St. Johns County students with “the first of its kind in the state” enrollment opportunities at FCTC. The GET THERE program is a workforce initiative to short-term but high-value career and technical education programs.

The St. Johns County plan is the first in the state to roll out and assist low-income students to enroll in rapid credentialing programs at First Coast Technical College. Students in grades K-12 will be exposed to career opportunities through year-round workshops held at First Coast Technical College. Upon high-school graduation, participating low-income students will be eligible to apply for the GET THERE FASTER Application, a one-year Florida Prepaid College Foundation Plan. The approximate $3,600 plan’s value will cover most, if not all, of the tuition costs for workforce certification programs.

The GET THERE program is partially funded by a Florida Prepaid scholarship program. Additional funding is needed from employers and community members to continue the availability of this program in our community. Every donation to help a student attend First Coast Technical College will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the Florida Prepaid College Foundation.
